That.

Is my new phone. It's a Sony Ericsson Equinox with 3.2MP camera and music player. But that's not all it can do. You can create Garageband-like tracks with an included program right on the phone. The camera has three special modes: Panorama (which works amazingly well), Frame (like the frame you put around a picture), and Burst (it takes four smaller, normal resolution shots and stiches them together to make one larger, higher resolution image). You can edit photos and videos on it with the two included editing programs which contain a myriad of neat features. As you can see from the picture, the front of the phone has special lighting effects that you can customize to activate and change colors for different callers. And the best part?

My dad ordered it as a replacement for one of his previous phones because his previous phone was having trouble connecting with his Bluetooth device, so he ordered this one. This one had the same problem, it couldn't connect. So finally, after the Equinox he got a phone that works with his Bluetooth and he let me have the Equinox.

tl;dr - This phone is lovey and I got it for free.

I think Apple should change iTunes' name to iRapeYourPlaylists.

So I feel like syncing my iPod Touch, which I haven't done in a while. I open iTunes and plug in my iPod. It starts to sync, as it should. I go on my business with various other things on the computer until something along the lines of:

"There are more songs on the iPod "(my name)'s iPod" than iTunes can hold in your music library. Would you like iTunes to delete some photos and albums to make room for the songs?"

...Is it even loving possible for iTunes to "need more room?"

I click Yes and continue with what I was doing. Later:

"There are more songs on the iPod "(my name)'s iPod" than iTunes can hold in your music library. Would you like iTunes to disable podcast syncing?"

NO. I WANT YOU TO SYNC MY GODDAMN MUSIC AND BE DONE WITH IT DASDFFFAScigaretteH

And then iTunes decides to stop working altogether. Later, after I've disconnected my iPod, I was looking at my playlists to make sure it didn't destroy something. Sure enough...

Me: "Oh look, isn't that just glorious. iTunes has truncated the last 2/3 of my favorite playlist. Joy."

...pause...

"Oh hey! It also removed all of the (artist name) from this playlist! :D"

tl;dr - iTunes = istuff.

What would you forum members recommend for a music management program to replace iTunesistuff? I did a Google search but then realized that Google is a search engine, it can't recommend stuff to me.

Help / Extremely strange error message

I was on a friend's server not too long ago and my game froze with my console continually repeating the following error message:

ERROR: CSGPlane::clipWindingToPlaneFront: error in polygon clipper

What does that even mean? This isn't really a "help me fix this," it's more of an "I'm curious as to what this means."

Off Topic / Extremely strange white "streaks"

I've been having this problem for a while now, but it's just recently started to worsen. As you can see from this picture here:



There are these strange white "streaks" emanating from all of my desktop icons; my Fraps and Skype icons are enough for you to see this. As I sit here right now typing this, there are these same streaks (which always streak to the right) coming off everything, even objects on the web page, such as the "Home," "Help," "Search," "Profile," and "Log Out" buttons. I'm pretty sure this is a problem with my graphics and/or video card, but I do not know how to fix it.

Help / Editing the admin's "camera ball"

I was in a server today and saw that the host had edited his admin "camera ball." I thought it was neat, so I decided to try to do it. I thought I knew how to do it, too, but apparently I don't.

So can anyone assist me? I know you just basically have to set a different emitter, but I can't even find where the "camera ball" emitter is located, unless I'm not looking in the right place(s).

Drama / Just saying hi

Hello all.

I've been on a few forums before and this one seems nice, although I have seen a few people, such as Rotondo, say things along the lines of, "Try to avoid these forums." I personally don't see why, people seem nice enough here, but I suppose I'll just have to wait and see.

Are there any specific things I should know, such as people to avoid, things not to do, or the like? I'd appreciate if you could advise me so that I know such things for future reference.
