By "group them together", did you mean select the groups then click 'regroup' or select them then assign them to a smoothing group? I tried both and got the same result. I regrouped them for each material, changed their names and LODs back to 16, then selected them all and clicked Face > Smooth All. After that didn't work I tried assigning each of the groups I made to a Smoothing Group, then doing Face > Smooth All. That gave me the same result.

What part about this is hard to understand? You don't just regroup the groups that already exist, you select the faces that you want to shade together. (Ones that should always have the same lightness or darkness.)

It's stuck in your steam library. That's it.

As an addendum to this, if you want to use your old key with the Steam copy, change the launch options for Blockland to -nosteam, then put your key back in. Once you remove -nosteam, it will revert to your Steam-only version of Blockland.

Sorry could you be more detailed?  What do you mean by group together? Also, by smooth all, do you mean use the method like before?

Select the faces you want to shade together, group them together, and repeat this process ad nauseam. Then, smooth all. There is no way to make this explanation any easier.

You need to include your time zone. 2 PM is not the same world-wide. 2 PM in Beijing, China, for example, is 2 AM in New York, New York.

That's because the unweld-all method is a shoddy way of doing it. Select all of the faces you want the same color, and group them together. Repeat until everything is in a group, then smooth all.

That won't work too well. Because people have no idea what to expect, they will be minimally prepared.
The least you could do is make a list of gamemodes that might appear on the server.

Also, this is just an aside, but you've misspelled "match" five times.
Just as well, your server isn't actually online. Are you sure your server actually functions?

Also important is that you haven't set a time for this tournament to begin at. You can't just start a tournament out of nowhere and expect full attendance.

You should at least tell people what to expect. Are you using default weapons only? Or are you including things like Warhammer, Battlefield, etc?

The issue with the texture is that it's not square. Make it square and it won't be distorted like that.
