This is very possible, although players should not be forced to give the person the weapon/item. It should be a 50% chance of a successful disarm, and a 50% chance of failure.

And/or require cooldown?

A weapon that uses just a fist. Players hit by this are forced to give the attacker the weapon they are holding (as in, the one they have currently active). If they are not holding one, make them give the one they last used. If they don't possess any items, nothing happens.
There should also be an RTB pref determining if it does damage (Disabled by default)
Useful for deathmatches and football games.
