If I knew how to do playermodels I'd offer to make this just as practice, but I don't quite have that knowledge.

Simply put, I'd like a server mod that automates certain things for centerprints.

Like, if I wanted to automatically make centerprints white unless I specify a different color.
Or if I want to use a sans serif font by default.

Not a problem, its comes with my hosting packet.
Well, great, I guess.

But still, the problem is that it's not some sort of super-duper easy thing to do to get the source behind a php script.
Do you expect somebody to somehow have this? It's not like internet archives save those scripts.

also, this is probably late, but the reason you can't edit is so that you can't remove vital information or replace it with something like "I fixed it".

There are two problems with this.

The only way you can get the scripts for PHP from a server is if the server has no protection against it, or it's set up incorrectly. Unless you have somebody who foresaw this possibility, or wanted to try to do something malicious, it's extremely unlikely anybody would have these scripts.

And even if you do get the scripts, you would have to set up your own server so that it runs like RTB did.

This is a command line utility that will convert an .obj file to a .blb file. 

You can name the different objects within the obj file for certain effects:
Object Name  Effect
COLOR_255_255_255_255Color will be the provided RGBA value (regardless of paint color)
COLOR_255_255_255Color will be the provided RGB value (alpha will default to 255)
SUBCOLOR_20_20_20Color will be the paint color minus provided RGB value
ADDCOLOR_20_20_20Color will be the paint color plus provided RGB value
BOUNDSBounding box, determines size and centering of blb.  If no BOUNDS object is provided, the bounds of the entire shape will be used. 
COLLISIONCollision box, in game collision.  Anything that starts with the word "COLLISION" will be considered a collision box (so COLLISION1, COLLISION2, etc will work).  Collision boxes are boxes.  Complex shapes will be reduced to their bounding box.  Maximum of 10 collision boxes per blb.

Maximum of 512 quads per blb.
Triangles can be used, but they will be represented by quads.
There is currently no mechanism for texturing.
