kojou however no doubt has long dramatic verbose speeches over miscellaneous stuff, and as mentioned before can control fire, so he has both presentation and vocabulary covered in the "distracting people" department.
ergo, Vovan Skullsmasher is a brute and Kojou Weebson is the "moron", and having it the other way around won't be effective or make sense.
