I tried Wubi on my computer, but I didn't allow it much space so I decided the best thing to do would be to uninstall it and reinstall it with more space, but after I uninstalled Wubi (Via Windows Add/Remove Programs, not the Ubuntu Uninstall, likely a dumb move) Ubuntu still appeared on the Boot Menu. How can I fix this, could I just reinstall it and remove it properly?

I switched from Unity back to the old Ubuntu.
I hate Unity, it's like some kind of tablet interface.

You're talking about that interface, right? I'm loving it.

Back on the Windows side of things.

I used to use Ubuntu, but after Unity it took a HUGE amount more resources.

I switched to Debian for a while and eventually back to Windows because I'm lazy, too lazy to configure.

I used Ubuntu 10.04 on my dads computer, but 11.01 is so much nicer and cleaner. The interface is exceptionally good.

Well, I got it working, after trying Ubuntu and Puppy Linux, I tried to use the Wubi Installer. Now I'm running Ubuntu at a very minimum level (Space limit is 10GB) and it's pretty sleek. I might change the preferences so that this has more space. I'm going over to the windows side real quick though just to make sure everything is fine.

Alright, the system recognizes there is a new drive, but when I try to boot from them, they say there is nothing valid on them.

Now I'm trying plain Ubuntu and even though the file is about 5x bigger, my ISP is being very lenient with download speeds. I only have 4 minutes left.
