« on: January 30, 2012, 08:56:33 PM »i bet you're not using a dvd.It's a 700MB CD, not a DVD, and Puppy Linux requires 131MB of space. Sorry for not clarifying in the OP. Also, I'm going to try it on a flash drive real quick.

I'm trying to burn a CD with a copy of Puppy Linux. I downloaded the .ISO file and am trying to burn it as a Data Disc using InfraRecorder, but my computer doesn't recognize it when I boot it. Yes, I set the boot preferences to set the CD Drive as the priority, but it just boots Windows. I'd like some help with this if you have any to offer. Thanks!

Anyways, is there any way you could upgrade any specs? Like maybe a whole GB of RAM if it can support that. I'm not saying dig super deep, but even Windows 98 suggests you have 512MB of RAM.
