Grr... When attempting the Process of elimination, It seems as if when you merely start the game with the bad Add On it permanently damages the Water Bricks. Can someone please post a save of Brick_Large_Cubes so that I don't need to constantly Reinstall Bl to get a non-modified version of it.

Kay, So, I whittled it down to an Event or a BrickPack that's causing the Interference, But even if it were disabled, It seems that its mere Existence in the Add-Ons folder is enough to cause the problem.
