Help / Some sort of server lag problem

Whenever I start a server the whole thing is laggy as hell. I cant even move my curser much its just very glitchy. I dont know whats causing it, could anyone help me out here?

Not textured yet, the texture you see was a quick visual rush job.
A Game character that I made, currently runs around unloading his minigun on me whenever I pass by. His Minigun kit is separate from his main spider body and is interchangeable with mutli-weapon kits that I yet to make.
