October 19th 2040: The artificial choke point was ingenius. It acted as a holder you may say. Like a doorstop you could perhaps refer to. It keeps a constant flow between our two dimensions while the subject walks within that connection. A being within two worlds. The human body could not withstand that kind of energy though which is the second function the choke point had. To give an opposite charge to every atom in your body. But our estimates were off... Time is just a matter of perception. What was suppose to be five minutes to charge my body's atoms took five YEARS. Until then my body was a lifeless shell, I was buried, and forgotten.

October 19th 2040: So much has happened since... I don't even know where to begin. It's been so long since I've had the time to wrote. Maybe I'll go back to the start... Back to where I left off my last journal. Yes I think that would be best.
January 6th 2018: The "operation" was ready. We were willing to do the impossible. "Are you sure you want to do this? I won't be able to put you under meds for the pain or to put you to sleep because of the tonic." Tom hestantly asks me. I nod to him and sutter, "G- Go ahead. I need to do this. WE need to do this." I drink the tonic, and the transfusion begins.
The first slice is unbearable. My hands wrap around the cold, hard metal bars of the bed as I scream. The blade cuts deeper and deeper until the feeling of death is lurking over my shoulder. Finally the blade is dislodged from my chest as tears are running down my face. The pain is overwhelming, suddenly everything goes black. Minutes. Hours. Days. Months. Years pass in my endless sleep. An endless dream of me drifting through a realm that keeps going and going... My eyes finally open and gaze down to my chest. I am fully healed, not even scars remain. Yet I'm not in the lab... No... No! NO!!! I pound my fists against the coffin that I now rest in. "How long was I asleep!?" I scream with no answer.

You could also get really creative and get a vector program like Adobe Illustrator and draw it by hand.

General Information
Basically I will write a few chapters per day as I continue a story that I completely improvise. No rough drafts, no final copies. All done straight from my head. Feel free to provide feedback and enjoy the story! :D
Story
Journal Log #429
January 5th, 2018: "Another dimension?" they say with a tone of sarcasm as I see them whisper things as I turn away. They don't believe in my theory, only my colleage does, Tom Maxwell. Time is not linear, the future has already happened and the past has never occurred. Time is just a matter of perception, it runs parallel within itself. So does our worlds, our universes. Maybe parellel isn't the correct term, sure they don't intersect but they do have connections. These connections are called choke points. These choke points can generate much energy and has a boundless ammount of potential and posibilities. They rarely occurr naturally and one has never been recorded. Not even I have seen one. Which is why me and my friend have tried artificially generating one.
These artificial choke points require a bound connection to work, to be tied with an entity that establishes a resemblence between the two dimensions. A human being is a perfect specimen. An artifical heart, a machine, a choke point. The issue is keeping the person alive during the procedure. It is extremely tedius. Which is why we have been developing a tonic that can sustane human life for 10 minutes without a pulse by using non-natrual fluids to sustane the patient for a certain ammount of time. Within that time frame the procedure must be completed. Illegal isn't even the word to describe what we're about to do... To do on me... But I have to prove them wrong, I don't want to wind up like all those other scientists who died before their theories were finally proven. I'm going to be famous!

Could be programs auto-starting when you boot your computer up. It could also be malware but not likely? If you're really paranoid scan your computer with avast and adaware.
