All you have is a 460 and you just upgraded to a quad core? You either got ripped off hard or upgraded a lot

I upgraded hell of a lot.

For Christmas I got a new power supply, new motherboard, 8 gigs of ram, new OS, new processor, new computer case, etc.

I did a heavy upgrade this year.

Also I may have over exaggerated the 3000 dollars but it was still a lot.

Just because you have nothing against it, that doesn't mean it makes him a better person.

I haven't seen gravity cat post but I'm pretty sure he doesn't spread his furry like a religion. I seriously don't understand why the forum hates furries. As long as if they keep to themselves then I'm fine.

It worked in safe mode because viruses and malware can't attack your computer in that state. You probably are infected. Download ad-aware and scan your computer. Then report back. Might take a long time especially if you have a terabyte drive like me.

EDIT: If that doesn't work I'm suspecting it's a registry error. There's ways to fix that but I really can't help you there because it's a pain in the ass.

DOUBLE EDIT: If it's not a registry error you're pretty much forgeted and will have to format your drive.

TRIPPLE EDIT: GOD DAMMIT SOMEONE REPLY ALREADY! I want to see if my hypothesis is correct. :3

Yeah most likely. Need for speed games aren't that graphic intense.

Although you have to take other things into consideration like your ram and processor.
