Yeah it can be very annoying on my ipod. I wish they made it so you had to hit something instead of it being automatic.

You would know that because you've been inside her.

Jesus Christ, just use Fraps. Also, over what interval of time are you obtaining these measurements?

I play for about a half an hour to an hour and I mark key points such as when the frame rate drops or when it constantly stays at a single point.

Also I don't want to use fraps because it impacts performance. :C

I probably will later though.

I want Bad Company 2 :c

Trust me it's not that great. It's only fun to play with friends. Specifically Xavit and Yogamoanyo. We are the most epic (fail) team ever!

Just tried Bad Company 2. Don't know how to see framerate but it seems like there's no frame drops.

I also tried Mafia 2 but I didn't use the benchmark tool. I'll try it later. That seems to be running crazy fast.

Motherboard: MSI NF980-G65
O/S: Windows 7 64-Bit
Processor: AMD Phenom II x4 3.5Ghz (OC 4.2Ghz)
Video Card: Nvidia 460GTX 1 Gig
Ram: 4 Gig DDR3 (Another stick of 4gigs comes in tomorrow)
PSU: 500 Watts (A high end 750 watt is coming in tomorow as well)
Hard-Drive: Hitachi 1TB
DVD-Drive: I dunno some crappy LG
Monitor: Samsung SynMaster 205BW (1680 x 1050 [16x10])
Computer Case: A lovey "IN WIN" case. :D

Well I got a bunch of new computer parts for Christmas which I used to build a new rig yesterday. I used my old hard-drive as well as other parts like my video card and Windows 7 was like, "nop." Got blue screen of death on start-up and had to re-install Windows which resulted in having to format my drive. I get all my drivers and updates back which takes like 3 hours then my dad gets a copy of Win 7 64 bit from a friend. Once again I reinstall Windows and I lose everything again. I then spend another 3 hours rebuilding my system and I downloaded a crap load of steam games while I was sleeping

And all I can say is dam this computer is amazing. I benchmarked a stuff load of games. Here's my results. Also be warned these are rough estimates.

« on: December 26, 2010, 02:39:08 PM »
Well, currently my computer is in the living room. I want to put it into my room, and have a router that I could buy from Walmart or so, put it into my room, and have it connect through the internet through my dad's router wirelesslly. Do you get what I'm trying to say?

If so, could I do that?

Eh. I'm kinda confused on this. My dad is the network wizard. I'm more of a software guy. I'll have to ask him when I get a chance.

Those are pretty decent rigs but I'm not too fond of the video cards. Nvidia is awesome but the one you're looking at isn't too powerful. I hate Radeons but honestly if you had to choose between the two I'd go with the Radeon. I guess I'm just pampered by my lovey 460GTX.

Overall those are really nice computers to use as a starter and to swap parts out later.

You should be able to connect to his router. I don't see why not. I'm not sure why you'd need a router in your room to connect to your dad's router? Are you talking about a switch instead?

Honestly don't know. I got a bunch of stuff.

I got a new motorcycle
I got a new motherboard, ram, quad core processor, power supply, and computer case.
I got Windows 64-Bit.
I got a new phone.

Won't be getting stuff for the next 10 years but I'm fine with that. :P

Is lovey. I'll add it to OP later. I'm re-building my formatted computer. Lost all files except for the stuff I backed up on a flash drive. Luckily my game was one of them. :3
