You know what game calls out a lot of resources? GTA4. I know I pass the recomended settings, but it's so poorly optimized for the pc that it lags like there's no tomorrow. I have to turn it to almost the bare minimum settings with a draw distance of like 25.

EDIT: I also only play GTA4 because of the ragdoll physics. Jumping out of helicopters is fun.

You can't make a bridged connection between your laptop and your 360 with a camera. You can do this with a capture card or game bridge though.

There's only two ways to do this. You can't use av/in camera with your 360 due to it not being able to go to your laptop so that's out of the question. You can either get a capture card or a game bridge.

Can a computer even read six cores? Is it actually "the fastest processor in the world" or is it just a gimmick? Well I'll never know since you have to mortgage your house to afford one.

What is this?

I must know why.

I was in Sacremento and black people were calling other black people mondays. And i was like, WTF

Originated from "Bro" which was a term white people uses during the time of African slaves. I have no idea why they would want to use that term on themselves but at least that's where it originated from.

Downloaded it, tried it, here's my review...

Overall: 5/10

Graphics: 6/10
          Models: 7/10
          Textures: 6/10
          Shading: 5/10
          Effects: 2/10
          Physics: 9/10

Gameplay: 3/10
Description: You run around, repair stuff, then you win. Oh and there's only one map. The only difference between "maps" is that it adds more stuff to repair.

Optimization: 9/10
Description: I can run it on max settings without feeling a drop in fps.

Stability: 10/10
          Graphic Tearing: None Present
          Bugs: None That I Noticed

Misc: It has a text to speech filter that you can enable. It uses microsoft sam when you type. Only thing I found cool in this game. Oh, and it's also free...

Conclusion: It's a free game that uses the Unreal Engine? Too good to be true right? Well you were right, this game sucks in my opinion. The game basicly consists of you running around and repairing equipment. There's only 2 tools, two types of repair robots you can build, one drivable vehicle, and about 5 types of parts that you have to repair. Basicly you get a weld torch, go up to the part, hit repair and you will see an icon thing on the bottom of your screen. Be prepared to do this a lot and each repair can take up to 1-2 minutes. Yeah, 1-2 minutes of just standing there. Well sorta, there's a little circuit board thing that pops up every like 30 seconds and if you sodor the connections without messing up, it will save you some repair time. This game is somewhat addicting for me though, probably because of the text to speech plugin, but overall this game still sucks. At least Nasa had the decency of making it free.

« on: July 15, 2010, 02:46:57 AM »
Excuses as always, but then again Valve has a tendency to forget up there network on there games. TF2 has a 1 second delay now, not because of lag or ping, its just 1 second delay between players.

Really? How the hell do you snipe then? No wonder I do better with the hunstman... :/

Today, someone from the losing team began to complain about lag in l4d2 when he had 30-40 ping. I then responded by saying, "44 ping is lag?" He then explained to me what "jitters" is. Not going by his word, I googled it. It's basicly some delay between the stream of packets which is caused by "Router Changes" and "Network Congestions". Neither which were present. I really doubt 8 players would be network congestion and it was an official dedicated server so I'm pretty sure Valve wouldn't be playing with their router settings. Could the server actually be experiencing network jitters or is he just making up an excuse?
