I spend more time on blockland then any other game ever. The community is fine, but when it comes to this stuff, it's just cold. Everyone cowers in fear because they are afraid speaking their own opinion. It seams like in the end, no ones problem is being solved. All we do is sit behind our moniters, and act as keyboard warriors. It is extremely upsetting that this place is just an emotional battle ground. For some people this is just another arguemt, while others spend all their time playing on one server, and never change because they enjoy it so much. When you take away something someone cares about, they get mad, and this is the case.

Your loyalty to the game, the morality of the ban of your friend, and your righteous crusade against what you perceive to be an "axis of evil" are not the topic here.  How is this even relevant?

Your 10-minute ban for talking smack is.  That's right folks, ten minutes.  His ban has been up for like an hour, yet a more worthy investment of his time was letting loose the dogs of war on Russia for a perceived injustice.

What answer do you want?  That you're right and everyone else is wrong?  I think that's what you're looking for.

And I got into an argument with Nooblet 2.0 about it. I was "Disrespecting authority." What sucks is nobody did anything about russia.

He owns the server.  What is so hard to understand about this?  Also, your ban was only 10-minutes.  If we as administrators have to put in writing "Do not call the host or admins dumbasses" then we should also put in writing "Don't use blhack.dll" or "Don't try to breath underwater."  These kind of concepts should occur automatically to the average person.

No, he banned multiple people for jumping on the "STUPID BADMIN RUSSIA" bandwagon.  Most of those weren't even bans...they were ten minute mutes.

I didn't issue the ban.  Take that up with Russia.  I personally have no way to provide evidence fore or against the alleged "hacking" claim since I did not witness it.

This is not about your friend's ban.  This is about you being banned for talking trash to the host.  So yes, you were "banned for talking" in a sense.

Let me just squash this right now.

You were banned for being blatantly disrespectful to the administrating staff.  You were upset that another user, a friend of yours, was banned, and proceeded to berate Russia and dole out blanket insults to all other administrators.  You were banned for acting inappropriately for like...ten minutes straight - well after the previous conflict wrought by the ban of your buddy had subsided. You were muted, and proceeded to continue trash talking in team chat.  You deserved every bit of the ban.

It should occur to one that if he insults the administrating staff, he can expect to be punished.

"Islam is the Light" and his buddy - name forgotten - connected to Tezuni's CTF and tried to do the same thing shortly before this.  Instant insults and spamming.  They did not succeed in pissing anyone off so they left.

Looks like two kiddies are having a sleep-over spam party.

I ban abusers of this rule and spawn point blockers on site whenever I'm online.  Message me from now on with these grievances and I will correct them.

I have known Killer12568 to act like a petty jackass in the past and have banned him for brief periods of time repeatedly, even after warnings to cease his jackassery.  He will receive a 24 hour ban next time he violates proper conduct in the server. 

Same expectations go for all other intentional rule-breakers.

Yep.

Just came from there.  It is on par with what has come to be expected from Sylv.  Excruciatingly detailed yet minimalist...a paradox of a build.  It took me 30 minutes to explore the whole thing.

The coolest thing is that it isn't just a bunch of rooms with setplayertransform events to lazily avoid having to connect everything - the whole lab is actually one contiguous structure.  Secret shafts lead to areas several floors apart.  Stairs, keys, and blast doors all serve a purpose to navigating the build instead of just being decoration.  I am very much looking forward to the completion of this build and implementation of an Infection-style minigame.

Also: Sylvanor crafted two individual bricks in Blender which constitute a fully detailed skyscraper.  It looks like 3,000 bricks, but is actually only two.  It's pretty impressive.  They serve perfectly as scenery background without driving up the brick count.

Just came from there.  Not surprised to see this topic at all.

He had an affinity for continuously warping be around while I was driving in a tank so that I could not drive/shoot/function.
