I need to get a quad core computer, and I have a few questions to go along with it, along with the fact that I need help finding one.
First off:

This is a less than 300 dollar combo pack. I figured I could use this, then with the money I get from my birthday coming up finish buying the rest of the parts. Or, there is another route...

(Going to assume it will be around 450)
This one is the whole PC pack thingy for less than 300 dollars. But I need a quad core, so I am wondering if I should get this and then buy an i5 to go along with it?
It also looks like I'm going to need to buy a 30 dollar PSU, too.
I also forgot to mention that it is not for gaming, yet.
Also, what is the downside of the micro ATX motherboard other from size?
Could you help me find the better deal?

Russia isn't a country where everyone lives on the street and eats scraps that are leftover from Medvedev's dinner. The people there, like most Eurpoean countries, are a lot different and nicer then the people in the US. Living there isn't as bad as everyone thinks, everyone there isn't a poor drunk stuff or a rich corrupt friend.
We also aren't overly confident about our country and think that we are the best and every other country is stuff.
