GTX 460 looks good for my price, but will my computer's power supply be able to handle it?

If you absolutely must have a prebuilt (building your own isn't hard) take a look at a few companies more oriented to gamers.

Ok, basically I built a computer on Dell.com, and I am wondering not only if this is a good computer, but if I should replace that graphics card. What should I replace it with? Would I be able to play New Vegas with a decent frame rate? $200 or less please.
