nothing of it all relates to the cold, or anything that could be associated with frost, bites, or even frostbites

Little did you know, the entire border is actually skin suffering from intense frostbite.

Is there any plan on a new host, or any updates on this? I'd like to play it sometime and it's sad to see it go down.

Hammer has just offered me a testing slot. If this goes through, the server will be up within ten days or so.

The update Alphadin is working on (frostbitten) should be finished a fair amount of good time before we've even got a server up, aka it's pretty much almost finished except for GUI stuff and other features.

This also means when the server goes back up, we're going to have the new white-list features which means anyone can join whenever an admin is occupying the server; white listed or not. We'll also be able to do actual events with the new economy stuff. I have to wait for a new host or share a VPN with someone, so until then I will keep people updated via this thread and the steam group.

I edited my application and sent Theportalmaster a message about it.

Still no reply.

Sorry, sort of busy dealing with this whole closing-RTB issue. My PM box has also been filled with teoras1's pm's so it's hard to deal with things.

Who is going to host the server now?

Really interested to see who you guys will go through for hosting :/

As I said before, I can either wait for a nice new Blockland service to pop up, build my own server and wait four months or so (where I live right now has copper wiring aka unreliable for hosting; moving in some months time so the server be way faster) or buy a private network and host it into that. I also know a few people who rent out their own servers, and I can talk to them about it. Either way, not quite dead yet. Consider this prep time for events and building; possibly Yukon.

Oh, and expect frostbitten to released by then alongside the new whitelist stuff (everyone being able to join as long as an admin is online). Don't hold this against me though.

Added quite a few new sounds effects and such. Hoping to maybe limit the noise of the ambience indoors at one point as it's pretty annoying.

h&k is far from the definition of definition of clunky or un-operative. I would seriously recommend the pack purely because of how smooth and satisfying the guns are to use.

Can you leave biographies to the admins please? I appreciate pointing out the consistent lack of three paragraphs, but I would really rather deal with applications myself and keep criticisms to private messaging.
