How should I modify this before I submit it as a new ticket? Also, it's quotable because I removed the end quote thing.

Back in August, Poptag held an event that would grant MapleStory players 5 Gachapon codes via email. When I didn't receive mine, despite even being on the official winners list as "MegaScience," I submitted a ticket. Last month, it was closed with response it had been solved. It has not.

I have yet to receive the codes, although I still receive other, regular emails from Nexon. As such, I don't believe the email to be blocked. I ask for the Gachapon codes said to be received, please. I find this unfair to still have not received them after over 4 months.

Summery: Have not received Gachapon Code(s)

Details: From what I understand, I have met the requirements of this contest. I even appear on the released list of winners for this, named MegaScience. What confuses me is that my friend got her Gachapon codes last week, and I still have not received mine.

I am checking my registered email, and I know Nexon emails aren't getting filtered, as I've received other emails from Nexon for NX transactions. I would be greatly disappointed if I do not receive this.

That's my ticket. (She was my friend at the time. o.o)

In August, there was an event on Poptag that would get MapleStory players 5 Gachapon tickets. All you had to do was raise 5 levels in the allotted time. Not only did I do it, I was on the winners list (I can find it later). I never got my 5 Gachapon codes. I submitted a ticket, and last month they finally closed the ticket but all it said was "I hope it solved itself, thank you!"

I loving swear I hate them. I'm going to submit a new ticket because I can't afford to buy Gachapon tickets myself, and I need them in the game.
