I just can't beat these marines for some reason just how they react on a dime completely forgets me over and I haven't played for a few days because of it.

I also have to unload like two clips of the automatic to kill one.

They STILL haven't fixed cobblestone walls in relation to the AI. The AI defaults to thinking they are regular blocks, so mobs will wall hump. You wouldn't notice this much with penning regular mobs, but mobs that try to specifically path get forgeted. This is most noticeable with villagers, where they try to path DIRECTLY to a door and won't diverge from the path. If a cobblestone wall is in the way, they are forgeted, trapped there until the zombies get them because they don't think to go the forget around.

I tweeted Dinnerbone about this - hopefully he'll do something about it... Maybe I should tweet Jeb too, but Dinnerbone is the one active at the moment.

Ya... My engines never charge before then, so even if they did finish, I'd probably forget. I assume I should think about upgrading my engines, but...

I'm on easy now. I got a new guy on my ship: Jones. I just helped a Mantis ship... Now I have a Mantis named Jones... Jones is too common a name... Human and Mantis. xD

Have the developers mentioned when they will add surrendering for your own ship? Because I'm getting tired of some random ship obliterating me when I have 118 scrap I completely missed using. How the forget am I supposed to unlock ANYTHING when I keep getting forgeted over by random ships?

Seriously, now I'm mad. :( I had 118 scrap I didn't even notice, and they obliterated me.

Edit: Okay, I know the problem. The game expects you to try the entire thing on Easy first, THEN once you've unlocked stuff with that, you play Normal. Is that right?

what's the coolest part is that it doesn't use dumbass flash or some stuff so it doesn't take five years to load

In all honestly, Flash hasn't been attributed to such things in at least a year. Everything webpage fancy is Javascript now, been like that for a while now. Flash couldn't even do what these did, because they are contained.
