wtf kinda argument is this... who would want their government to waste even 0.01% of their budget, given just how large and impactful even a small percentage is?

When you're spending hundreds of billions of dollars bombing kiddies in the middle east $5B for a wall to keep the mondays out isn't that big of a deal

872
that's 0.11% of the total deficits this year, so basically all of the maintenance things that are done and have been done for years and years
idk man Annoying Orange shutting down the government just for the dumb wall seems like it's taking a way a lot of jobs.............

These people still have jobs, you clearly have no understanding of what a gov't shutdown is

Also before you even try it, we have emergency funding to pay these people, and food stamp recipients

There is literally no excusing the fact that the dems are arguing over less than 1% of the budget

873
Annoying Orange's request for $5B to fund border wall improvements accounts for 0.11% of government spending planned for 2019

Dems are basically arguing over crumbs

Because your link doesn't seem to be working: https://www.reuters.com/article/us-britain-eu-poll/britons-would-now-vote-to-stay-in-eu-want-second-referendum-poll-idUSKCN1P006O
(Statistics in this post are scraped directly from this article)

The reason that the leave vote won in the first place was because of lies and misleading information on the part of the UKIP party. Keep in mind that's not coming from me, that's coming from the 6%(ish) of britons who voted for leave, but have since changed their mind. 6% may not sound like a lot but that's 3 times the margin by which leave won in the first place. It genuinely barely won, and since then, all of the consequences of the vote and clarifications on the final deal have made that 6% (many of which may have been undecided voters) change their minds, making the change quite significant.

Now, from the article you posted more britons (41% vs 36%) think that the decision starting now of whether or not to leave the EU should be put back up to the public, so I'm very doubtful of your assertion that people don't want another vote or that it's some sort of bad thing that people have to "fall for." By the most basic principles of democracy, what the people say goes. In addition, people's opinions naturally change over time and it's been a year and a half since the original leave vote. So saying that having another vote (whether to get an updated estimate of the people's will or to satisfy the will of the people, both basic democratic principles and very valid reasons to hold an election) is equivalent to dictatorship or killing democracy is off the walls silly.

Theresa May sabotaged the negotiations because she wants to stay in the EU and let Britain get assraped for an eternity by the OWO

i guess we see different things cause i cant remember seeing a single apology from either side about their respective vocal minority

There's seeing different things and quite literally not seeing anything

876
When have you ever seen a mainstream conservative duck their head and let some idiot alt-right type run their mouth? The right is constantly apologizing for their handicaps

877
its the vocal minority, we cant exactly shut them up. imagine trying to suppress pro-racism or neo national socialist alt right members - i doubt you guys can do much about them short of pushing for the right to suppress other people’s speech

There's no need to suppress pro-racism or neo national socialist alt right members because they're so few and far in between and generally unliked by the entire populace we all know no one likes them

However, people keep bending the knee and ducking their heads when these dipstuffs come around. Identitarian leftists get away with stuff we wouldn't let identitarian right wingers get away with all the loving time.

878
These people are genuinely handicapped and it's getting tiresome that they get so much support

When is the moderate left of the country gonna wake up and start chopping the legs off of these movements

If they were treated with the same ire as other tribals they wouldn't last nearly as long

mostly the migrant child thing on the cover of the time magazine. the whole cover of the magazine was to create a point, not use a literal example. but some how not using a real migrant child separated from her parents actually crying in front of Annoying Orange is grounds for being fake news.

I think it's because when most people saw it the assumption and public understanding was that she was a child separated from her parents

While it's clearly to make a point the point is rather sullied by the fact that she was just a toddler crying because, well, toddlers are only good for stuffting, screaming and crying

What things are those

I dont get you. You say things like this and then turn around and post topics about 'Top 10 Fake News of 2018! Must Read! You wont believe number 7!' that are obviously backed by specific news outlets.

Are they conflicting arguments? Or just conflicting to what you already believe is happening?

If its accurately sourced irdc

But most of these talking heads say stuff like "MOST AMERICANS BELIEVE-" when in reality, 5~ million Americans tune into their stuffty shows on average, and most of those are geriatrics who are going to die in the next decade or so. News media is very out of touch with American reality and the only reason they hold any relevance is because of corporate bullstuff.

Im not sure about that

I'm beginning to doubt your ability to read. Maybe you skim OPs. Maybe you go out of your way to be stupid. Either way, I have very clearly stated in OP that I am well aware of the source and its inherit bias. Nonetheless, the article is thoroughly sourced and accurate, and while bias in its reporting, it is not false, thus warranting it being shared and discussed. So, instead of fussing over the obvious bias we all know is there, do you have anything else to say?

And there's no Fox News on the list?
The bias is thick with this one.

You can make the Fox News list yourself if you're so concerned about it.
