It's clear that the boycotts aren't hurting the figures as much as you would like to think because they aren't in panic mode. Do you think their liberal ideals are strong willed enough to risk their entire brand over? So naive.

Or more simply, the NFL doesn't give as much of a stuff about politics as the pizza company does, considering one isn't afraid of losing sales and the other is. Players can pull whatever stuff they want, the NFL really isn't gonna hurt from the outcome. Papa Johns doesn't really have the same leisure and any representatives can really hurt their sales figures with social media.
