Yep.

Okay, so you have a couple of options.

You can try to get rid of it yourself with tweezers (painful)

You can go to the doctor (expensive)

You can cut the skin around the infection (very painful, but faster)

but is this happens often, I suggest you go to the doctor and get your roots cut. Then you toenail will only grow the right way.
