Everytime i try to flatshade my model, it still doesnt come out flatshaded. here's what im doing: (I am using Milkshape)

Select All
Unweld
Uncheck Auto Smooth
Weld Together
Export as "Torque DTS Plus"

what am i doing wrong? im sure im doing it right.
help?

Thank you.
Don't forget that you need to set how long that animation is. Like, if the reload is from 1-15 and then the other animation is from 16-30.

How do I add my created bricks to Blockland?

Anyways, I created a brick and saved it as a .BLB [it's just a modified plate, of course] to the same folder as the other plates.  How do I add it to the brick selector?  Do I need to add it into a script?

So, I was making my model, and then I exported it. Upon attempting to put it ingame, I packaged it as the default gun file, but with a separate .dts. When I opened the game, it was incorrectly colored. What did I do wrong?
