When I try to load a safe game from Garry's mod it stop loading the map and shows this in the console.

I need some help, Every time I try to play a game it loads really long and sends me back to menu and if it loads I can just play for a while but when I win/loose Tf2 freezes and crashes.

My Flight was delayed for like 2 hours because the plane killed a bird and some guy got an hearth attack on the plane.
