This could be tested.
If you were to make two Roblox accounts, and have Account 1 PM Account 2 saying the same message that the OP got banned for, and Account 1 gets a ban/warning/reminder, you can tell they spy on PMs.

So I've been playing this game for hours for the past day.
I've been playing mainly in the retro cups. I've played Toad's Turnpike quite a bit, but you know, something ain't right.
The starting line, the cars, the item box placement, the detail... agh, it feels like a completely different track. It's not giving me the same feeling as Royal Raceway, Yoshi Valley, and Rainbow Road.
I get it, this is 2014, not 1996, so it is supposed to look far more detailed and updated, but... it just feels too different.
