So I just got this game and its my new crack.

I decided to go with the gunlance and longsword. Which material is better for either one of them? Iron or bone?

I prefer iron! Bone has higher raw damage, but atrocious sharpness.

someone help me raise my hunting rank... pls

my 3ds broke so i'm getting the new 3ds on wednesday
any good graphic and speed comparisons?

i dont have any videos to compare the two

HOWEVER I can say from personal experience that the game looks much better on the new3DS. it loads the nicer textures sooo

and while I've been told other people get framedrops during multiplayer, I either don't even notice the slight difference or I don't get any drops. Which is much better than my time on the original 3ds, because I dropped to probably 20fps on that.

if you're into 3d the face tracking thing is really nice but it gives me a headache fast so I don't use it

how does mh4u run on the new 3ds xl, btw? been thinkin about upgrading since multiplayer sessions run a little bit slower

Definitely nicer. :) I know what you mean, about the reduced framerate during multiplayer. I think I've gotten that like... Once during a 4 man hunt on the new 3ds, but it was during a pretty intense fight with 2 separate monsters. And the framerate dropped to 40 or so, instead of the 20 I was getting on the original 3ds.

It's worth the upgrade!

i was told that scylla was good gunner stuff and then i made it and was like wtf is this stuff

i think I'll make tetsu gunner and just roll wit it til high rank

mind if i join? i gots me lvl 3 tetsu and an iron impact, i can help farm and stuff

whats good low rank gunner armor? i thought zinogre was one of them

I have scylla so I could roll with that to highrank but I dont really like it
