Help / Are there noticable performance differences between a dedi server and a normal

I'm having trouble with hosting a server, I just wanted some information. I started pondering this recently and I wasn't sure who to ask or what to ask specifically.
-Is there a performance difference between the two?
-If so how big of a difference?
-I'm asking for performance wise, not usage wise. Example: using a dedi to host a city RP or etc

Help / Wrench events preferences not showing in server settings list

Recently people have started complaining of not being able to event bricks at my server, stating it was admin only. I repeatedly checked my server preferences for the wrench settings, yet it seems it has dissapeared from my settings list. I have reinstalled blockland and rtb to no avail. I have no idea whats wrong with it, yet when I told one of my admins about it he was able to turn off events being only for admin. So my admins are able to see the preferences, yet I am not.

Gallery / 4-way Knife platform TDM

In response to the growing number of knife TDMs (Can and is also used for CTF rounds), I decided to build my own. I constructed this a little over a week ago. I have posted this in the gallery for a number of reasons. The main one being I saw that SuperMario96 (or SuperMario69) was using my build, with different colors and patterns. It was unmistakably mine, so I confronted him about it. He said something in gibberish, and I noticed he had also ripped off my welcome message. Which goes as follows: <shadow:5:4><shadowcolor:000000><color:FFFFFF><font:Comic Sans MS:24>One Potato, Two Potato, Three Potato, TRUCK!
(Odd I know but a friend made it that way, I decided to keep it)

His was: One Potato, Two Potato, Three Potato, Whore!
After confronting him about it he changed his welcome message at least.
