The thing about Alaska is that it's never been touched by war. However, deserts are usually battlefields for some wars. The military in Cadeltau is used to desert climates, that's why they pick it as a war strategy, so incoming forces won't do as well as GT.
Alaska is just... Meh. It's not a war place.

The US bought Alaska for around $600,000. Its not too low for a country of that size.

Alaska doesn't serve much purpose, and there's more flaws than advantages.
Cadeltau has a brink of vegetation and it has a millitary advantage being a desert.
Despite the flaws even it out, I just can't give up my country.

Anyways flashlights don't work like real flashlights in Blockland and we already have playerlight.

But holding an orb of light looks bad for an RP.
