Ugh. My computer is in one of the most high traffic areas of the house, and I can not do a god damn thing without every one in the loving room going "DURRR WHADYA DOIN?". It also drives me nuts because this is a shared PC, the only one in the entire god damn house that's useable. I made my own account on Windows, and get yelled at because my 49 year old dad is to stupid to press the other user button, and I will be kicked off at random by my brother, and sometimes he decides to he wants to watch a Madden Football trailer or some other stuff when I am in the middle of recording a loving let's play. God damn, I am gonna buy some cheapy Dell mini-tower or some stuff for my room, this is pissing me off. My desk is tiny as well, but my parents are absolutely glued to their opinion it is good enough, which is absolute bullstuff because it is a pain in the ass to run cables because the PC sits about 3 feet up and to my right, and I have been stabbed by wood peeling off. There is more than enough room for a bigger desk, and I am going to persuade them as this thing was designed by a drunk baboon. I am constantly having to find places for my joystick  because I don't feel like running a wire again, but then I have this big loving thing taking up half the space.

I am sorry, but I had to vent that.

Off Topic / Is my graphics card failing?

I get this weird thing that happens at random: The computer seemingly freezes, the screen flashes black, then it goes back to normal with a message saying "AMD display drivers have stopped working and recovered." Now, it has done this several times. No bluescreen. It has always recovered, HOWEVER, is this a bad sign? This graphics card is less than a year old so it shouldn't be dieing.




UPDATE: forget, it happened again. And it isn't recovering...this is the second time.

I thought this was a bullstuff rumor at first, but then our (fatass) grade school principal sat down at my lunch table and showed hers to us. Now I am at RVMS, my middle school, and the iPads are coming in a week. I am pretty loving excited as I think its gonna be great using them, even though it will be weird because I am used to a laptop. I feel sorry for the poor bastards who went to HMS (the other, local middle school) that won't be getting them.

Off Topic / FireFox is pissing me off.

I am using Chrome right now (chrome does some weird stuff, I do not like it) because firefox has some weird error it always comes up with.



Notice ALL OF THE BLACK TEXT IS GONE. I tried disabling adblocker, that does nothing, it does this on everything.

If nothing can be done, recommend me some decent browsers (not chrome or IE).

Off Topic / Is Microsoft Security Essentials a good AV?

I recently uninstalled Webroot Internet Security from my computer, as it was doing some forgettarded things like scanning every god damn link on google to see if it was a trustworthy site. It would make FireFox run slower than my metabolism, so I instead installed MSE. Is it a good AV? I wanna know as its the only thing protecting my PC right now. If not I need some free AV for my computer as m mom would be pissed if she had to re-instal it. (its still installed on her user)

My monitor, according to my dad, was dying because it fell asleep constantly. My dad picked up a 17 inch wide screen monitor from his workplace...

and it is a piece of stuff. Everything is slightly washed out, and I can see pixels. My old monitor, a 17 inch HP with no widescreen, didn't show pixels. Any way I can fix this? This monitor may be temporary, but I am a bit of a perfectionist so its still bugging the living stuff out of me. Windows is recommending 1440 x 900, but all the other resolutions forget it up more.

Oh loving great. Yesterday my computer's updates failed, one of which WAS A VITAL DRIVER, stuff then hit the fan and the others failed. I told my mom this, and a few hours and phone calls later, we have to get a new loving Internet adapter. So we did, and that fixed everything. Then it happened AGAIN, after I put the computer to sleep, and it's still forgeted up it's ass and now the monitor is falling asleep every 15 seconds. I did a virus sweep early into this, it isn't that. Anyone know what the unholy forget is happening to my PC?

Well, this is loving lovely. No USB Adapter's software seems to survive on my PC, and it's pissing everyone off. I told my mom that I was gonna wipe the drive, and she yelled at me to go away. So I ran off with my tail between my legs and now I am pissed beyond belief and ready to throw my PC in the dumpster. Should I? I am actually serious. I also have an Ubuntu disk lying around, if that is a better option.

I try to stay out of drama. However, this loving pissed me off. There is a furry topic, imediatly some forgetheads run in and think they are funny by grabbing the topic by it's neck and drowning it in a lake. It makes no loving sense, no one was posting bad anthropomorphic images, yet they still have to be stuffwads about it and flame like there is no  tomorrow. What the forget is wrong with furries, and why do you stuffwads think it is funny to flame them?

I have been incredibly dissatisfied with most aviation games. Not realistic, weird graphics, etc...

So, I have become an idiot and a now gonna embark on an attempt at making something that I like, and maybe a game that will satisfy my aviation nerdy-ness. Any tips? Programs?

I have 40 dollars stored away for whatever the forget I wanna do with it. I was thinking about buying some awesome headphones, but instead I thought of maybe trying out QuiBids and getting a laptop. Why? My PC is placed in one of the highest traffic areas in the house, and I can not do anything without everyone in the god damned room looking over my shoulder. More importantly, is this site trustworthy? if so, I am gonna go for it.
