No it's not. If I spend a month working on something, I want people to see it and enjoy it. I'll never know how many people have really seen it if some other host takes all my traffic, not to mention, I could be using it at it's full potential, while other hosts might not fully understand it.

they can see it and enjoy it on servers other than yours. why do you need to know how many people have really seen it? so you can brag? if you're using it at its "full potential" then people will come to your server to enjoy it. of course, that still isn't a good excuse, because you could share what you use to host it at its "full potential," which is already subjective

Well, the host probably doesn't want to go through the trouble of listing ALL the add-ons the build uses, and if they release something used for their server, it could damage their traffic.

the first reason is ok and moderately reasonable, but the second one is not at all. traffic on a blockland server is meaningless and useless

imo being unfinished isn't a good reason to not upload a save, cus that wouldn't necessarily make it unusable, and besides, someone else may finish it
