Hell, Blockland and Tribes 2 both run on Tourque, so we should have little trouble converting some Tribes stuff over here.

i'll probably make this if i can figure out how to set the weapons of people in slayer
as well as time limits and things, i'd also add on the nomove playertype for the 10 second startup
You can move in the 10 second interval.

Also, if possible, could you add a config for the 5 usable weapons?

I was thinking about stuff, random stuff. Then I thought about garryware. Then carried on thinking, and expanded it into this.

Would require
Slayer/TDM (obviously.)
Stock weapons (Uses rocket L, Sword and the gun)
Kaje's sniper
Ephi's shotgun
Instagib player
Counter strike player

The basic idea
1-5 minuite rounds with 10 second intervals.

In the 10 second interval, the specs for the round is started.
The specs follow this:
We will use <Weapon> as the <playertype> at <Timescale>!
So this can leave you with a slowmo rocket launcher instagib round, or a hyperspeed sniper match with the helmet+armour playertype.
Occasionally, we can throw you into a "frenzy" round, where you have every weapon, play as the quake player, and the game will run at 1.5X speed!

In the 10 second interval, there are no weapons, chill for a bit.

If gamemodes cannot affect the timescale, then I don't know what to put in it's place.

Global agenda can run pretty well on low spec PCs(Mine can ONLY ONLY ONLY just run crysis 2, and by that I mean lowest everything at lowest resolution for 25FPS), so I think it would run fine.

General weapons and bullstuff
NOTE: ALL WEAPONS RAYCAST UNLESS STATED

Gauntlet
A whirling sawblade with an electrical charge to boot. It's a melee, I don't need to explain further.


Machine gun
Throws a weak barrage of bullets downrange at a nice firerate.


Shotgun
Shoots a burst of boolets at about one shell per second. Accuracy? Don't bother using it at long range.


Grenade launcher
Launches grenades with a timed fuse. They don't travel that far, not counting the rolling afterwards.


Rocket launcher
I think you all know what this infamous bad boy does.


Lightning gun
Basically, it shoots a beam to where you're aiming. This beam damages. See it ingame for how it works, it's hard to explain.


Railgun
The uranium slug sniper rifle of legend. Shoots one instant-hit near-enough-instakill uranium slug at a bazillion MPH. (AKA raycasts)


Plasma gun
Launches a steady stream of plasma orbs in full auto. 'nuff said. If you jump and shoot down, it can propel you up a little.


The motherforgetin' BFG10K
Take the plasma gun. lower the firerate a to 1 orb per second. Add some explosion to the orb, and you get this.


Chaingun
Take the MG and boost the firerate and reduce the accuracy. Also, After firing it for a while, the firerate goes up EVEN MORE, and the accuracy goes so low, it can barley hit stuff.


Nailgun
Shoots nails at the same firerate and tighter spread than the shotgun, with a bit more damage. The nails are projectiles (hurr) and also reflect off surfaces. Neat.


Proxy mine launcher
Lays mines that detonate when an enemy is near them.


Of course, there's the health powerups, armour and general powerups, but that's for later.
