The kids in the video of the Asian kid being beaten have been charged with assault. Just saw on the news.

I agree with this. I acknowledge that this was awful; but they do not deserved to be killed in an inhumane way. Prison is the way to go.
Are you referring to this highly eloquent comment left on the OP video?

I think it disturbing that humans hold the well-being of an animal above that of their fellow species.

Mehrunes Dagon :cookieMonster:

But seriously, I'd have to say Coralis from Kameo: Elements of Power.

I am a man of constant sorrow.

I'm not sure whether to get Proudspire Manor in Solitude or Hjerim in Windhelm. While I have heard that Proudspire Manor is nice, Hjerim is quite nice as well, plus it is less expensive.
Hjerim. Ditch Proudspire's luxury for a house with the most storage space.

"Did you see a Dog out there?"

Well I still think Oblivion got the map just right.

3554
forget the in-game map, I pause it then use the paper map that came with the game.
But what about locations like caves that are in unmarked locations on the paper map? How do you find them?

where are the guild halls in oblivion D:
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Mages_Guild#Guild_Halls
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Fighters_Guild#Guild_Halls

Arena: Arena District, Imperial City(no stuff Sherlock)
Thieves Guild: None, but operate out of Waterfront District of Imperial City. If questline is complete, guild hall is built in Waterfront
Dark Brotherhood: Cheydinhal Sanctuary under Abandoned House in Cheydinhal, west of the chapel iirc

I feel like some of the references in Skyrim to previous Elder Scrolls games are a little forced.

I think I prefer the actual map of the province like they did in Oblivion, rather than an overhead pan-over of the entire province. It looks nice, sure, but it can be a bit disorienting at times. TESV itself came with a paper map of Skyrim in the exact same style as used in Oblivion; why couldn't they use that in-game?
