I spawned in a forest and traveled... In some direction. Game was too laggy to tell in exactly which direction I was going, it may have changed at several points during the walk. I think it was west.

Finally have a mouse. Wired. Rather hard to move around with the cord, not good for Minecraft. But it will suffice.
