Tip: Never increase the size of a ragdoll's head. It will make your internet unresponsive.
And on the subject of size change:
That's how you make the play space bigger: By making the objects smaller.
Please be sure to scale the density accordingly if you do not want tiny ragdolls getting crushed under the weight of a regular-sized ragdoll.

I'd use a pair of safety scissors to cut off your ear, pour salt on the wound, then saw off your lips with a hot butter knife. I'd dig your eyes out of their lids with my own fingers, and put the lips in the eye sockets and chop off your hands so you can't get them out. I'd hack and slash at your torso with a butter knife until your skin is torn to shreds, then force-feed you the shreds of your torso skin while I dig your heart out with a spoon.

First I'd saw off your leg with a rusty piece of scrap metal, and beat you across the face with it until your jaw is shattered. I'd chop your tounge off with the same piece of metal and force-feed you both the tongue and the scrap metal. I'd cut out your eyes and sew the eyelids shut, and if you're not dead by then I'd force your face onto a burning skillet until the skin of your face catches fire. Then I'd slit your throat and tack you up on my wall as a trophy.
