Whatever button spawns the gun you want to shoot. Say 1 to spawn a pistol, 1 to fire it. A new gun will spawn if you break your original one on the press of its respective number.

Death by being beaten to near-death with a nightstick, then pinned up to a wall in a crucifix fashion, then castrated with a shard of broken glass and forced to eat your own testicles.
And if that doesn't kill you I'd cut out your heart and hope that does something.

Death by stabbing a syringe through both eyes then pulling the eyes out and cutting the blood vessel with(yep, you guessed it) another rusty serrated knife. I'd then punch your mouth until either the jaw crumbles in my fingers or all the teeth are knocked out. If the former happens first I'd rip your jaw out, if the latter happens I'll cut your heart open and put all the teeth in your heart.

Death by lethal injection, but before death I'd stab you repeatedly with a rusty serrated knife and slit your throat when the injection's kicked in. Then I'd cut out your eyes and put them on my mantle and hang your body from a noose in my front yard.

I feel like the only one using any imagination.
