yeah most states that allow fully auto, usually requires you buy some kinda dealer permit. even if you dont trade guns.
i heard those were pretty spendy though

I wouldn't really call NC a southern state but I can totally see where you're coming from. The only rebuttal I offer up is stuff like Red Dawn, and movies/situations of that type. Look at the revolutionary war. We were farmers with pitchforks and old rusty guns.
