weird, and I'd also like to mention that banned.wav doesn't play when a user is banned.

it was for slayer's christmas thing, idk why greek hasn't updated to remove it
also it is played, but the leave sound is played too from the player leaving

try burning windows 10 installation to a disk, wipe your hard-drive then boot from CD
