odd how people are surprised that this forum is so toxic towards someone being suicidal. its been like this for forever it shouldnt be surprising to you at all
this is just how the blf is and nothing will change that when the single moderator gives no stuffs about the danger of people legitimately being hurt from here
if this place is badly affecting you in any way just leave because theres so many better places for you to hang out in with people who arent edgy starfishs

prob not the biggest but my parents bought me and my brother two copies of lego universe (if anyone even remembers it), i forgot about it and put it on the shelf for two years, then when i refound it and actually wanted to play it, the online servers were shut down. just two years. dunno if it was even a good game though

an archive would be p cool to have tbh so we can look back at all the Good Old Days
i have the entire blf downloaded along with many old images that have since bit the dust (such as all tinypic images) and put into a database. a viewer for this db is partially made (with the classic old blf theme, too!) but ive put the project on hold for a while. it should be eventually released though. faster if the blf itself goes down lol

it should've been made clear to you years ago that screaming at someone to leave the forums wont make them leave the forums

Here's the big boy:
some points on the Big Boy:
- you dont exactly need an extra cpu cooler, the included one with the ryzen cpu does a good job itself. keep it if you want absolute best temps but the included cooler is pretty good itself
- ram without rgb is cheaper with the same performance. Just saying
- you should aim for a m.2 nvme ssd, they're super faster then sata ssds for a lil extra cost. samsung's 970 evo plus ssds seem to do great with gigabytes per second speeds in some cases
      - note: use the m.2 slot on your mobo with heatsink to ensure ssd stays cool with heavy tasks
- sound card isnt really needed unless you're really an audiophile (and even then you'd get an external dac instead), a modern motherboard's built in sound is very sufficient
- you may be able to transfer your windows digital license from your current computer through your microsoft account to your new one. if not, windows keys can be found far cheaper then that elsewhere

General Discussion / Re: Wierd file in frag grenade?

why does your add-on hosting service allow executables to be uploaded?
ill be honest i didnt think too much about people sneaking random files in the addon zips considering the archive is already a case of "many of these addons are probably broken/stuff so run at your own risk"
i've scanned for and removed every other instance of any exe files and will be doing proper testing for other unusual filetypes in the future and for all future incoming addons to the archive
the archive is too big for fully manual approval (use bl glass or b4v21 addon repo for ensured safety please) as i tend to import huge batches of addons at a time just to be the most complete archive possible
if anyone finds any other possible forgetery in any of these addons, pm me and ill try to take it down as soon as i can

i SWEAR i know them currently or something, under a different name, but it's escaped me rn.
mod-mans still hanging out in b4v21 and has tried brickadia a couple times iirc. ive kept in touch with him due to working with him on projects prior

developed Block Party, another BL successor that came up right about the same time that Brickadia did. however i think he was developing his game singlehandedly vs Brickadia's small team. don't know if the game ever continued development but a few people followed his project so someone would know
he's getting along with block party very slowly, but still going with it. he's been prioritising many of his other personal projects over it though so dev time has been very little

drive around servers to explore big maps. gsf ghost maps pre-v21,
when my b4v21 freebuild isnt dead it sometimes unintentionally turns into this. very chill to just load up different maps and drive around them, including builds people have made on them over the years on the server

So basically Celau and Compmix used a VCE that logged people's keys
rce. not vce. vce is an event addon. rce is a remote code execution exploit.

good. i hope more people find better places to go to. most people now just avoid this forum due to better communities being formed elsewhere now
