I was able to up the spatial resolution for the background, and I should be able to do the same for the avatars as well if anyone wants me to. Also, try to save the file as a 32 bit PNG and upload to imgur or another host that won't autoconvert to .jpg or something.

I just got the CS6 Master Collection.
Here's the effects test.
The end part (when the car is close to camera) is where the motion-tracked lights started going off, and there's no car sounds (I couldn't find any that suited what was happening) , but apart from that, I think I did well.
