Was looking for events with the following functionality

-You click a brick to save your appearance

-You click a brick to load your appearance

-Even if you leave the server, you can re-join and load your appearance later.

I found this https://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=303040.0 but the functionality is broken. The hook-hand and other nodes don't load properly, and it's basically like a one-time load.

Hey, I actually did all of this a few months back on my online schooling laptop that was sent to me

After I installed WINE and restarted, it promptly said I was remotely locked out of Developer Mode.

Do you know how pissed I was after sinking that much time into it..? Meh. Gg tho

when i played it on crowns server it was literally a carbon copy, nothing had changed besides the models
That's because I made the original models. That was a long time ago, they're pretty old and crappy.

So why is it not OK then? It's an enjoyable game-mode that is being privately held by a person who doesn't know whether they'll ever host it again, and refuses to publicly release it. Remaking it, publicly, is the best thing for the community.
This. I love this game-mode, and even asked Rein if he would let me host it, or hand it down to someone he trusts more.

He said no, so I thought about asking some friends to help with re-creating it, but I was wrapped up in other projects and soon jes came along and took it up. Thank you.

if reinforcements is withholding it instead of giving it to someone that can host it, in my opinion, he's the bigger richard here.
Kinda what I was thinking, as much as I asked him to host it. He's actually a pretty nice guy, though.

Mod Discussion doesn't get enough attention anyways. Getting feedback when posting something was far and few between for the most part, majorly because people just don't browse the board that much. Moving it near the top was a good idea, let's see how that goes for awhile.

I think that there should be a "Coding and Modification Help" board. They go good together. Not merged with the normal "Help" board though. That would be terrible.

I recommend you stick with the default style if your going to try and replicate the blockhead anyways. All free handing it does is look laughably off.

Im pretty sure this is correct:Looking into it, it seems that the process of exporting a model to .dts converts all faces tri's anyways.
I know .blb files support quad faces since that's how print faces are specified.
This is my belief as well. I tried explaining to him that .dts exports to tris anyways, so modeling in quads isn't more "efficient" in Blockland's dts case. Not sure about bricks though. Yeah those too. He uses blender and I use milkshape so that's why there's always such a debate about it between us two.

We've had many arguments about it actually, and he still feels like quads are a lower poly, even though it's all the same after it gets exported. Not sure if it will ever get resolved. Hah. c:

The amount of resistance on ideas to improve proceeds you goth.
Trust me, this carries over to a lot more than just Blockland. He's very persistent in his beliefs.

On a side note, it still bothers me how you don't use the default blockhead model as a base
