Off Topic / highschool/college sports megathread - its that time of year

so schools starting up and sports are getting out of the offseason, aka best time of the year forget yes. so talk about what sports you play, what you want to play or what you like to watch (gayyy). highschool or college, and if its college post what school, especially if its a big one!

right now footballs been about three weeks out of the offseason. i loving love football, seriously if there is one sport you should try out for, its football. a lot of people blow up the amount of injuries that happen in highschool fb, but honestly its not that hard to avoid them if you know what youre doing and go hard. and there is a position for EVERYBODY. if you run cross country but think you are way too skinny, play receiver, if youre fast and can catch, you'll be a great wide player. if you think you are too fat, forget it man play lineman. if you weigh 300 lbs, know what to do and go hard, you'll loving wreck the guy across from you.

personally im kind of dissapointed in our team. we had 70+ guys sign up, only about 10 of those guys on average showed up to offseasons, we had about 30+ at the start of practices, and now we have 19 guys. thats barely a team, we've pulled up to sophmores because we barely had a line. butt we have some good players, and we go hard.  i play receiver and defensive back, i start on offense and all the special teams and sort of start on defense.

Help / Invalid ID error when I try to enter my key into Blockland

I'm asking this because for the past like half a year I have not been able to play blockland online at all. It would sign me in and would show all the servers, and I could join any of them but it would immedieatly disconnect me saying "server could not identify your ID" even though it said my ID was authenticated at the bottom. Now, I just recently tried to play again today, I had the same problem until I deleted the cache.db and tried to reenter my key. Now it wont even let me reenter my key and says I have an "invalid ID".

I'm wondering if this means my key has been disabled? I've never done anything to get my key disabled, its the same key I use for this forums account and I've only been banned like twice on this account for minor reasons, and I would think that if my key got disabled so would my forum account. The only other people that have ever used my key are my brothers unless someone somehow got ahold of it (I would have no idea how).

how can you be fat? like isnt it just loving horrible to look in the mirror everyday and know youre a fat piece of stuff that cant do anything? how can you WILLINGLY degrade your health to the point of where you get winded after a couple steps? get off the loving couch and do something you are loving disgusting.

for example, our football conditioning week started today, and obv there are going to be some big boys on the team. what pisses me off is when we get out there and after like 100 yds they double over and say they cant go on and that they need a breather. no, forget you maybe you should of thought about that when you shoved those five whoppers in your face you fat forget. dont tell me this is too hard because you never had any ounce of willpower to get yourself off the loving couch. there are athletic big people, why is it that all our other lineman can run it but you fat forgets cant? im not saying they have to be as fit as everyone else but its loving disgusting when your boobs move more then your legs because youre such a worthless pile of fat stuff that someone threw in a body.

im sorry there is no excuse for being fat unless its a serious medical condition or injury, like you cant overexert yourself or youll pass out or you have some sort of metabolism problem or something i dont know. but dont be a fat piece of stuff on your own account, go for a run you loving whale.

Off Topic / i have some beef with pacific rim [SPOILERS]

i watched pacific rim today, and overall the movie was pretty awesome. giant robots beating the stuff out of giant aliens is pretty damn cool to watch. the fact they had ron pearlmen and that guy from always sunny in it too was pretty hilarious. that part of the story was pretty entertaining. visually it was cool, ripping out aliens tongues and cutting them up and all that. the use of the voice from portal was cool too.

but my main, and pretty much only beef, was with the asian chick that charlie hunnam is linked with. first off, she's ugly. obv this isnt like super important if its a good actor, but with a part like hers, where she is just some chick that the main character is supposed to fall in love with, looks is pretty much like a majority of her part. she didnt really HAVE a whole lot of dialouge or character development, she was just there. and she was ugly. next up, her acting pissed me off to no end. the movie kept a constant vibe throughout, but when she came on the loving screen, its like we switched to some crappy ching chang asia movie that they produce every two days. for example, when shes judging the pilot candidates, and then charlie hunnam is like "send her down".

her loving asia little eyes when she looked at the admiral was so loving annoying. it didnt fit, it was just stupid, she overacted every single loving part of that movie. when ever she said something or looked sad or some stuff, she always acted extra-sad or extra-helpless, like no this isnt loving japan act like an american actor you cunt. and when they are in space and the bitch uses the sword and is all "for my family" in asian? holy stuff are you kidding me? way over the top really loving stupid.

they seriously should of used scarlet johansen or anyone else holy stuff she sucked. just my opinion though, whatd you guys think of the movie?

some girls are walking around trying to look hot af when not realizing they are ugly af. because im such a nice guy and i know the female population of bl is so high, i thought id help you chicas out.

1. pigtails, nothing about them are attractive, you look like you're loving five and theyre just not hot. not even cute, like maybe on youre five yo daughter for like a picture but other then that? no thanks have fun with the vibrator hoe

2. showing your ass crack in shorts/pants/bootyshorts/anything. its loving gross, no one wants to see just a little bit of asscrack. when you show asscrack, all a dude focuses on is the asscrack and its nasty af. we are interested in the actual ass and its shape, we dont want to see your dirty ass plumbers crack swingin around, i can go to a construction site if i want that. either pull them up or pull them down, youre already a slut anyways.

3. changing your loving voice. really. loving. annoying. i mean ok, its ok to you know, put a little lovey into youre voice but you know just like a minor little change. but when girls make their voice higher pitched or anything else, we can tell its fake. and we dont want to hear that stuff, might as well tell us you have a richard right now.

4. yogapants + panties. no. if you are too much of a loving stingy bitch that you will wear yoga pants AND panties, then just loving put on the sweatpants or the jeans. all you're telling is is "hey i try to look hot but i wont ever put out".

5. doing weird stuff with your eyelashes. usually you dont see this too often, but when i do its loving gross. put some mascara on and call it good. dont do that loving twirly stuff jesus christ.

6. wearing big ass sunglasses/shades/whatever. this isnt really unattractive just really loving annoying. a girl can be ugly af and wear these glasses and you wont even be able to tell. show your face if youre ugly jesus christ.

7. overdoing you nails. im talking like butterflies and loving rainbows and flowers and stuff. take youre rachet ass self back to the third grade or grow up. no one wants to see dora the explorer making her way up and down their richard.

8. dying your hair more then two colors. even dying it one color is sometimes too much. but if you start walking around like your moms got pregnant from a loving parakeet then you seriously need to look at yourself in the mirror. its loving gross.

9. being fat. if you are looking like you a "before" picture 24/7 then go lose some loving weight free willy.

They say the strongest men are those who embrace fear, they say those are the men who have drive to do things, to complete projects. They say men who avoid fear are those who hide from world and themselves, they say those are the men who die without a cause. They say a man who fears nothing is a man who fears everything, as there is no one man who can escape fear. And they say that when these men die, these men of fear, these men who know life, they say that they are the ones who make it into the pearly gates.

But us, we'll be going straight to hell.

Intro
I started this before but got banned in the middle of it so I decided to try it again, if it does not recieve much interest I will not continue. Also updates will be prob 1-2 per day (being optimistic) due to the fact its summer and real life blahblah.

Overview
You and up to 7 other user play a character in the Los Angeles Police Department set in 2022. The world is pretty much the same as it was 10 years ago, but the crime rate has gone up considerably in select cities, yours being one of them. You and your 7 comrades go around the city and get involved in dangerous missions involving gangs, drugs, and various other things. Your mission is too survive, and some of you may die along the way,  but thats all part of the game.

How This Works
One thing I'm going to clear up right now  is that this is not your usual RP, you do not control every movement, you only react. The game is determined by dice, a 1 being good, and a 6 being bad. Example of gameplay is as follows:

Me: You peek around the corner and see 3 armed men standing around a console.
You: I will engage the 2 on the left and my friend will engage the one on the right.
Me (rolled a 1): You sprint to the far side of the hall way and place two precise shots into the two men on the left with your sidearm. Your comrade unloads a shotgun shell into the third before the man can react.

Thats how all choices will be made, sometimes it will be a larger choice like above, or sometimes it will be a smaller choice like "sword coming towards your head whatdo".

Upgrades
In the game, there are eight players, each can upgrade his character. Upgrading a character involves three sections, Abilities, Weapons, Misc/Items and Team. Upgrading cost skill points, which a player is granted after every mission. The way upgrading works is you say what you want to upgrade, an ability, a weapon, or a item, and then I give you a random thing related to whatever you chose. Specific info on each sections:

Abilities
There are four abilities to choose to upgrade, each ability is factored into your rolls, for better or for worse. Upgrading an ability costs one skill point. Each ability starts off at 0.

Perception - This is the players overall awareness of his surroundings, he  may notice a sound no one else hears or notice the glint of a scope.

Strength - A person with high strength excels at hand-to-hand combat and may get items that other players can't handle.

Agility - A person with high agility can move quicker, and also is proficient in hand-to-hand combat. He also may get items that others can't use.

Willpower - A person with high willpower can withstand more damage, such as being able to get bruised and bloodied in a bar fight but keep on trucking with just as much vigor as before.

Each ability can be upgraded as much as the user likes

Weapons

Weapons can range from anything to a billy club to a shotgun, it all depends on how far into the game you are and what your previous weapons were. When upgrading the weapons sections, you can choose to upgrade a current weapon, or get a new weapon. A weapon can only be upgraded 3 times, and a player can only hold 2 weapons on him at a time, but they can replace weapons with new weapons. Upgrading this section costs 1 skill point.

Mis/Items

Items are things that include body armor, helmets, non lethal weaponry, and other useful things. You can only have up to two items and they cannot be upgraded, but they can be replaced. Getting a new item costs 1 skill point.

Team

Team includes things getting upgraded such as your vehicles, additional info on missions you execute, and other things. Your team always has vehicles at their disposal, which you can use in any of your missions. These can range from a simple police motorcycle to a large armored van. Upgrading this section costs 2 points.

Characters/Character Sheet

There are eight characters to choose from, each will get a different starting weapon and a bonus to one ability. Once a character is chosen, it is locked and no other users can pick that character. The captain has the most influence on the team and is usually called upon to make heavier decisions. Characters are listed below:

Rodrigo Hernandez - Captain +1 to Willpower
Robert Leckey - Officer +1 to Strength
Fredrick Smalls - Officer +1 to Agility
Mateo Collins - Sergeant +1 Perception
Sandra Tito - Officer +1 Willpower
Dmitri Ikonikov - Sergeant +1 Strength
Kamau Mwenye - Officer +1 Perception
Cecelia Trundo - Officer +1 Agility

Pick any one of the not taken characters above, then fill out the sheet below. I will give you your gear once you have filled out a sheet. In addition, you get 2 points to use.

hey forums, hows it goin? personally, im doing great right now, maybe some of ya'll are doin great too, but maybe some of you aren't. and personally, i think its time we all just relax for a little bit, let ourselves go, take in the good stuff know what i mean? this is a thread to vent, talk about life, talk about your girl probs, your guys probs, anything goes. because just for right now we all in the same boat, all these cats doint want to fall in the water so we are holding onto each other.

anyone else like really change how they act when texting a dude as opposed to texting a chick? when i'm texting a guy friend, i dont ever use smiley faces or any of that stuff because that just seems really wewird, i dont ever use things like "lol" or "brb". but when im texting a chick i will load  that stuff up with winky faces and smiley faces. and when im texting a guy it will be something like "yea doe" but with a girl its more "lol yeah :)" or something.

idk, anyone else do this? i just found it kinda interesting.

yes, i was a little ways away, heard the thing start screaming (they sound so much like human babies) and ran over to investigate. my dog had this like chihuahua sized fawn (baby deer, bambi) in its mouth shaking it around. she likes to kill stuff so no surprise. i call her off but it was too late. things leg was mangled, broken rib(s) probably, most likely internal injuries. so i suffocated it as to save it from more suffering.

tl;dr killed bambi because my dog almost killed it. it was so cute too and you could just pick it up :((

Off Topic / I've made some bad decisions in the past month or so

Pretty bad ones too. Honestly I'm just pretty mad about it now but jesus christ bitches are crazy, key factor to remember in your life.

Anyway, I've been single for a little while now, like a couple months-ish, and at about halfway through last month, I start talking to this girl and about a week later, we are pretty much in it with each other. We dont like hold hands and kiss at school and stuff but we hang out and talk a bunch and its pretty obv something is going on. Now this girl is like a solid 7/7.5, shes like mixed race, not black but like one of those weird asian islands and white. Anyway, seems pretty normal, cute, fun to be around, I see now problem with whats going on. About 2 weeks later, one of my female friends who is in this chicks friend circle texts me telling me NOT to hook up with her. And this is where stuff gets heavy right now son.

She's got a boyfriend away at some like bootcamp, not military but like rehab or something.

I am just about ready to go over and slap that bitch I mean what the forget, she couldnt have TOLD me this was going on? I mean I may not be the best guy in the world, but holy stuff I'm not one to just go on and be stealing some guys girl like that, thats just not right, y'know? So I'm ready to go over there and ask her what in the hell she was thinking, running me around like that. But holy damn I remember something that complicates things like stuff. About 5 days before that she kind of just like had some problems that caused her to get real emotional, and basically I was comforting her and she was obv very comfortable with me and told me she had tried to kill herself, had to get her stomach pumped, whole deal.

brother this stuff is so loving heavy I am about to break, so I'm like wtf do I do, I mean she is suicidal (potentially idk), and I'm not like a richard or anything so I'm kind of lost. But basically, I told her that I was just not ok with the whole cheating thing, I tried to do it so I wasnt like making her feel horrible, but I'm hoping everything goes good and she doesnt do anything too drastic.
Anyways, you all probably got something on your mind, maybe something you aren't too proud of, whatever. Discuss that or just bad decisions you've made, whatever your feeling right now.
