Games / Free Xbox live 7 day trial codes via skittles

I just found out about this the other day after not wanting to pay for xbox live time, this is especially useful for me since I only wanted to play for like a week or two.

Figured this might be of use to some of you, since you may in fact be 14 and not have a job. So now you can be 14 and go on XBL and forget peoples mothers play games.

I'm not sure if this has been posted already, if it has my bad.

Skittles is apparently doing a promotion where you can get 7 day trial codes for xbl.

I assume this was originally meant to require purchasing skittles but apparently you can reuse the codes.

I'm finally getting back into the swing of things and I decided to try and make robotron in a day 24 hours total using my engine.

ToDo:
    Fancy between level transition
    Increase packet size, this may break everything but otherwise it's impossible to have 100 guys on screen

Done:
    Make hacky sped up collision so the game doesn't explode with 100 guys on screen
    Finish Implementing AI
    Sound Effects
    Bots need to kill you
    Make scoring system work
    Make lives work
    Make quicky strobe effect for players and walls
    Add ability to save civilians

Stretch Goals:
    Basic animation instead of hopping
    Fancy targeting line for player so you know where you are always

Today is an exciting day for Blockland. After almost a year on greenlight we have finally been approved!





I bet you're all wondering how Badspot feels at this time, well I have contacted him and I have his exclusive response.

You can tell how excited he is by the capitalization of the first l.

You may be thinking, "what does this mean for the future of Blockland?". Well I can tell you one thing for sure It's all down uphill from here!


On a slightly more serious note, I would like to thank everyone for spreading Blockland around and helping it amass so many votes. It's because of you guys that we were greenlit.

Add-Ons / Bot Hole V8Zombie

Info:

This is a bot in the style of the original V8 zombie who would mindlessly destroy all bricks in it's path to get to it's meal.

I suggest keeping this disabled when you're making serious builds, as some admin could accidentally ruin you.


Note: For zombies to destroy bricks they need to be in a minigame and the owner of the bot brick needs to be an admin.
