i think i have an idea for the Gametype, like in the Zombie Mod the zombies would be transperant white, go threw walls, attack using hands, but wont always go after players. they are large damaged from proton packs and transporters deal light damage. and make sure the slimer dousnt attack unless shawt at, cuz remember in the second movie? he drives teh nerd in a bus XD and it would be funny if he walked around bt didnt bother you. mayb sometimes follow you.  :cookieMonster:

I originally started working on something like this for the zombie mod, you might remember seeing "ghostify" in the national socialist script, as an example bot, but I never finished it.

However while doing this I did make this set of decals for the minifig, link.

You could make an mgs style tdm, with one man playing snake and the rest guards. I think someone made a tranq gun, that mixed first person only datablock for the guards, and slightly faster/stronger playertype for snake.

Could be pretty fun, but without a box to hide in you might not be able to capture the mgs feel.

Edit: Someone made mines as well I believe, and you could use space guys watches as well.

They save you if you're downed, but they themselves can't get downed, but that would be interesting if they did.

They'll be released when I get the next update of zombies out.

Sadly they do follow a bit close, but it's the easiest and least intensive way to do it.

For the next version of zombies I added a bit more friendly support, with that I'm going to release a survivor bot that takes the form of one of the survivors from left 4 dead.



They're very simple, all they do is follow you and shoot zombies, but they're still pretty fun.

No that wouldn't work i think. Because that means that as soon as that one zombie dies it would change and there could still be a bunch of other zombies from the first wave. It wouldn't be even.

I did this a while ago in my server, just did onzombiedeath - increase counter - oncounteroverflow change zombies. simple really.

Did you make sure gamemode_zombie is up to date, and did you try this with minimal add-ons enabled?

Also in the new version you don't need to be survivor.

You seemed to have uploaded the wrong file, this one doesn't the fixes I told you about.

To the datablock.
This will make it target all other bots but the sentries 100% of the time, will also prevent it from doing melee damage.

Also this needs a look animation for it to work properly.

Edit: also look at the updated Ai_national socialist code it's a little less hacky now.

They were removed because they serve no purpose. It didn't help that one of the very first posts made on this forum was one spamming all of these "features".

This way the add-ons page is a little less crowded, easier for mods to maintain.

Just letting you know I added a new variable in the zombie datablock, ZombieTeam , example ZombieTeam = "Bugs"; would make all bugs fight other zombies, national socialists, and sharks as well as players. When you get a chance you should update your mod.
