Granted I don't ban, it's just part of the e-tard filter from time to time.
In fact, I reduced it to just "ck" after it made it hard to say people's names.
So words like "hack" "chicken" and "kick" become "hak" "chiken" and "kik".

This would also be a server where there's not admin abusers, and the build would probably be good. (Cause Badspot is hosting it, duh)
I appoint few admins, so admin abuse isn't a problem.

Just because you're allowed to/are comfortable with swearing, doesn't mean other people want to hear it at all.
If you saw the person above who swore, being mentioned that he'd be banned if he hadn't left, you'd have known that the admin didn't like swearing at all.
So, you don't go and do something, or even imitate something that the Admin doesn't want to see.
As far as I'm concerned, OSHIZ is the same as Ostuff, and the Admin doesn't want it there, and is allowed to ban you from his server if you say so, especially after the verbal warning prior to that.
It is a pointless part of the English language, so I'm doing my handicapped part to change it.
And before you say anything, servers with a "c" word filter of mine still fill up fine.

Yes, because it is all fat tissue, and not actual breast tissue/milk ducts/whatever else that a breast is comprised of that's not fat.Bigger isn't always better.
(Although certain beers and hormone and meats may cause breast tissue to grow bigger, which is just about always a good thing)

« on: November 12, 2010, 06:13:29 AM »Hetzner is in Germany, but honestly, you all need to man the forget up if it even bothers you. Blockland plays smoothly up to over a thousand ping, there's just a minor delay but it doesn't jerk back and forth like Source games do. In fact, there is a grand total of *LE GASP* 0 servers up right now that I have less than 300 ping to for Blockland, and that doesn't bother me in the slightest.You must have horrible internet.
Americans would get, what, 100 ping or so instead of 40-50? Big whoop. It's not going to affect a thing.
Plus, it's not really fair to host it in America if you want English/European players to participate, by your logic. You can't please everyone, so it'd be best to go with the best hosting deal rather than trying.
Also, you could easily run several servers off that machine - not only Blockland but other games, as you say. And if I had the cash right now I'd happily contribute to running it. (Actually, if I had the cash right now, I'd have one to myself and be running a multiple-server RPG using one server for each major zone)
My server always has a ping between 40 and 60, and that's from my house over a hundred miles away.
