Arguably, love as a natural, healthy function would be covered under healthcare. It should be in-fact.

Eating is natural, healthy, and integrated into life as well, why don't health care plans cover food as well?

How is this even relevant now?

Ideally abortions would just be covered by the government or some third party interest group.
If not, hope your insurance will pay for it. Otherwise, pay for it yourself. It's an annoying expensive, but unless you are literally starving on a minimum wage job you should be able to save up the few hundred to pay for it.
That and there's other contraception out there, and their buffs stack.

I doubt anyone sorts all their income by sorts and spends it differently based on where it came from.

That's literally my point.
You can't really say "oh, he worked at mozilla and donated to prop 8, he must have used mozillas money to donate to prop 8"

love is just as integrated into lives as cars

Just because people think it's okay to have love without protection and expect someone else to cover for it, doesn't mean it is okay.

Eating is pretty loving integrated into lives, right?
Well maybe health insurance should cover food too.

i could care less what he believes in as long as he doesn't try to push his beliefs on others

well i mean, participating in politics could be considering tacitly attempting to spread your beliefs.
other than that, yeah

I'm arguing about the concept in general, not this specific situation

Once you get up there in the higher rungs of the corporate ladder it's not really as easy as saying "he works here, if he donates something its directly because of this company" Many CEOs may have multiple posts, or make money on investments, to actually say supporting the company means you are also advancing his political agenda, even by just a little, is misinformed.

It has nothing to do with beliefs, it has to do with money.
If a company is  donating money to a group, that money comes from customer purchases.
Not wanting to purchase something if your money will be donated to groups you don't support is perfectly logical

It's a pretty moot point for a free product, though.

The money the person owned in a position at that company is their own. It's not like he was diverting company funds to bash the gays. What if a bunch of the lower level employees did the same thing with their money, would they be fired as well?

Like I said, shame the idea of being responsible apparently died and I didn't notice.
