Ok so i was able to get on for a minute, and I think I might've found a bug.  I'll try to reproduce it tomorrow after school, but basically it gave me the same infinite logout message when I signed in as a guest, but when I signed out and logged in to my actual profile it ran like a charm.  Still not sure how likely it is for it to happen though, I'll have to try some more.

You mean login by any chance?
This is the problem I've been taking about.
No matter if you log on as user or guest you have a chance of that happening, usually retrying works though.

fastlex isn't right, it's not bc of the format, it's bc of the way the image is saved in whatever program you're using. specifically, something about the file header, according to some SMF guys
my avatar was a png and it worked

I used paint.net and the only real object it gave was 24bit.
There were dithering and quality options but they were greyed out.

How exactly you export it as .PNG?

png avatars will work
it's not really related to the format itself

It worked when I changed it to .gif, so Faslex must have been right.
It was a 24bit png by the way, idk if that matters.

don't forget to make this free 2 play (but you could only go ten feet from spawn) make it cost $80, add $50 DLCs, such as the Water DLC

EA is going to make me do that, it's part of my contract to get the game on origin.

This will never replace BL. Still cool tho.

Updated a bit.
You can now click to place the ghost brick on the ground where you clicked. Hitting enter should try to plant the brick. The ijklp; keys move the ghost brick. You can use the mouse wheel or number keys 1-9 to select a brick type.

All that's left to do now is make the server keep track of planted bricks so you can plant them, and to make the brick type edit screen for the client.
