It's irrelevant to the topic; quoting yourself in any situation is a massive bitch move.
Yeah I'm not too worried, there was a "make up quotes" thread that got to like 10 pages here.
I don't think this is going to be what ruins my otherwise perfect reputation.

Quoting yourself, even sarcastically, is one of the biggest bitch moves you can possibly make.
yeah no seems like you're taking this topic too seriously

Doesn't mean they lie all the time
They're a business, they'll lie if it suits them and won't get them in trouble. I have no idea if they're lying and/or what they might be lying about, but it's not impossible.

So what if they've lied in the past? That was then and this is now and what is happening now is a different kettle of fish from what's happened in the past
People who lie in the past tend to lie in the future.

WAIT WAIT WAIT
Pacnet's brother is Hamhost.
I knew they had brother but I never knew they were each other.

I mean were they really going to host competing hosting services?

More of a privacy concern than a "can i use my software properly" concern.
Yeah, I don't even use facebook. So if they add the ability to like and share stuff as a core feature of the rift then it really is just that much worse. Obviously no one knows yet if this is their plan, but it is a bit worrying.

edit: oh god what if they made you link it to an fb account just to turn it on lol

Yeah, sucks the Rift guys sold out.
But then again 2 billion dollars holy stuff.
I mean it's literally just a screen with motion sensors, how's that worth 2 billion dollars?

Unless it's some lame ass lyric that half the world already has pasted on their skin, then feel free to bash the forget out of them.
I would stick to ... Longboarding/Snowboarding, Guitar, and maybe pizza
Oh god lol.

i don't quite understand the whole "it's so unoriginal" argument

like, from my experiencethis is the stuff that results from people trying to be original and unique

yes, everyone being the same could be annoying, but if i like some design that everyone else apparently happens to have, why does that matter? that's something i like, it doesn't matter to me that other people use it

just my 2 cents
Just getting the tattoo is already the "everyone trying to be unique" part. There's obviously nothing wrong with just leaving your skin pure lol. If you're going to try hard and make your special snowflake statement you might as well actually think it through rather than getting a loving slice of pizza on your shoulder holy stuff op i hope you weren't being serious

forget facebook anyways
This, every loving product and every loving website has to not only have a facebook page, but has to constantly ask for likes on it as well.

Why the forget do I want to like a god dam flavor of pringles. How does this benefit either of us?

you don't have a Rift
to me, as an Oculus Rift owner
Reading is fun!

Not in person, no.
Maybe you just never leave your house lol.
You're doing the whole "judge the decisions of a few people portrayed heavily because of the fact they're bad, to reflect the entirety of the subject" kind of thing.
How many people with tattoos got them only after seriously contemplating the death of a loved one. Like seriously. Most of the tattoos really are generic as hell.
Especially when people get fat, lose weight, or age. That nice tattoo gets all shriveled up and wrinkling.
I saw a woman decked out in black and leather with a black bandana and pentagram tattooed to her neck on the bus today.
ew lol
