One last thing. What are the special effects? Do you mean like all of the suden a brick breaks or somthing? Because I'm just having a hard time understanding what "Special Effects" people would do.

Experience: Eksi is one of my best friends, got a lot of directing tips and got roles in most of his movies. Been playing since v12. I'm not sure what else would qualify as "experience", though.
What you want to do: Acting, building, minor eventing, (what does special effects do?), and most important, Script Writer. I'm highly experienced with this; Writing scripts for a live TV show (romantically apocalyptic), wrote scripts for various GMod films, and lots of Blockland/Minecraft films.
