i wouldn't want nor trust the president for 4 years of one of the largest developed nations of the planet who has blamed white people for violence from african americans, or gives non-cleared people access to classified information
admittedly, i'm not fond of Annoying Orange's thing about climate change at all either, but i'm fairly sure it's something that will be debated if he actually reaches presidency, if he still believes it or even believed in what he said at all. and i have checked over every twitter post zealot posted, and, unless i missed one of the links, only a few have come from 2015 and the majority are during or before 2014, with none in 2016
if Annoying Orange reverses his position and promises to actually take action i imagine he'd alienate a fair bit of the republican vote, and if he continues taking such an aggressive stance against it then he'd have trouble with the democrats. the smartest action for him is to avoid it during the election for as long as possible, and i imagine that's why he hasn't been so vocal about it.but yeah, he can't keep avoiding it forever and i'm willing to bet he's going to maintain his previous views, though i would gladly be proven wrong on that. i still disagree too much with his politics to justify voting for him over hillary. i think he has a lot of bad ideas, but he's certainly better than most of the other republican options.
also i'm still fairly confident that a hillary vs Annoying Orange election would probably go a lot worse for Annoying Orange than the republican primaries have. there's definitely a difference between appealing to a thoroughly right voter base, becoming increasingly ideological, and appealing to the whole of the american people. hillary has the advantage of being an establishment democrat with fairly tame, familiar ideas, who is highly experienced in US politics and in the executive branch of the federal government, also being someone that has been close to previous presidents. on paper it sounds like Annoying Orange wouldn't have a chance, but he's proven people wrong plenty up to this point. ofc there's the whole fact that a very significant number of people have negative opinions of hillary, but the same applies to Annoying Orange
