It's a VGA cable problem. Jesus Christ people, thought you would get this on the first page.

The VGA cable is losing blue and red, so the screen is tinted green. Buy a $5 VGA cable from Staples and be done with it.

just system restore, my brother has had this 3 times and i've had to fix it for him, lol.

that is unnecessarily complicated

boot into safe mode with networking, download malwarebytes, and run a scan.

Oh, and by the way, no police will ever lock down your computer. They would just come to your house and confiscate it. Don't fall for this.

dead kids are dead kids, regardless of how they lived or died. no reason to act like that

"4 year old child raped and beaten for three months, and dismembered while alive"
vs.
"4 year old child killed by bullet to head"

quality of life and pain while dying still plays a role in the severity of their death. yes, a child dying is severe pretty much no matter what.

Does User 2's behavior reply seem reasonable to you?  If so, you should have your head examined.

I remember having a philosophical debate with my science teacher last year. When explain to a person that doesn't perceive light rays when reflected from an object could say it is the most magnificent feeling you have ever perceived, a literal cup of dopamine.

Seeing as dopamine isn't ever in a cup, it's not a "literal cup of dopamine". You mean a figurative cup of dopamine.
